What is the typical production time for custom orders?
Our custom dancewear is handcrafted with precision. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production before your items are shipped. Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our dancewear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my Eleve Dancewear garments?
To preserve the life of the delicate fabrics and elastics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach, ironing, or machine drying.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly into our production queue. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
