At Eleve Dancewear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your custom and ready-to-wear apparel. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn dancewear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the garment is free of makeup or deodorant marks.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
